One of the things I have noticed is the sense of community Kelly, Krista and their friends share. If one of them is working in their garden, several go and help, even the children. When Krista’s friend Cat moved in next door several people came and helped with the move and getting them settled. When Cat decided that she wanted a planter built in her side yard before her birthday party on the 26th, again several helped. A few hours later it was finished complete with dirt and plants. Truly a family, although not related. When Carol died, these people were there. They cried with us; they feed us; they tried to ease the pain; they were there for us. It was quite heartwarming. We could all learn a lesson from these people about how to treat others not only during those times of grief, but during those times of joy.
